Russia’s O’Key to pay $23 mln in interim dividends
MOSCOW, Jul 4 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian retailer O’Key has made a decision to pay U.S. $0.085 per share, or a total of $23 million in interim dividends, the company said in a statement Monday.
According to the company’s interim dividend notification letter, O’Key will pay dividends to shareholders on record on Monday, and the date of the dividend payment is Tuesday.
In September 2015, the company paid $0.0892 per share, or a total of $24 million in interim dividends.
According to the company’s Web site, Nisemax Co Ltd holds 50.9% in the retailer, GSU Ltd holds 25.0%, and 24.1% is a free float.
